WATERFRONT COTTAGE

The cottage is situated on the north shore of Amherst Island on four acres with 400ft. of shoreline. The property is ideal for families with young children as it has a wide lawn leading to a pebbly beach with good swimming.

In the cottage there are three bedrooms, two with a queen-sized bed and one with two sets of bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, coffee pot dishes and utensils. The bathroom has both a bath and shower. Fresh linens are provided. In addition to many board games, there is a small television and DVD player for rainy-day entertainment.

SELF-CATERING FARMHOUSE

Our self-catering accomodation is the east half of the farmhouse and is totally separate with a private entrance and driveway. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with a queen-sized and a single bed. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower. Fresh linens are provided.

THE GOODMAN HOUSE (waterfront)

The house is situated on a 6 acre lot on the North Shore of Amherst Island. There is a picnic area down by the water with steps leading down to a very private 400 ft. pebble beach. Large area of mown grass for kids to play.

The house has 4 bedrooms:
#1 Master bedroom on groundfloor with queen sized bed.
#2 Double bed on second floor
#3 Two single beds on second floor
#4 "Dorm Room" 4 single beds on second floor

There are 3 bathrooms – 4 piece on main floor, 2 piece with washer and dryer on ground floor and 2 piece on second floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, 2 fridges, microwave, coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Dining room, living room and family room.
